LEVEL ONE COACHING.

Who is it for:

  • This package is for those relatively new to cycling or those that feel they want to start with the fundamentals to ensure success and enjoyment.

Whats Included: 

  • One to one sessions to help you to prepare physically and mentally for the challenge.

£50 per hour

PREMIUM COACHING PACKAGE

LEVEL TWO COACHING.

Who is it for:

  • Anyone that want to improve their cycling.

Package Structure:

  • 12-week programme using the technology to assist.
  • Gym-based strength and conditioning to build power.
  • Unlimited Access to the coach using Email/WhatsApp for advice and guidance.
  • Uses heart rate based sessions (power zones will be provided if you have a power meter or smart trainer).
  • You can do these either on your bike or on a turbo trainer using Zwift, Trainerroad, etc.

Whats Included: 

  • Two/Three interval based workouts per week to build aerobic capacity and lactate threshold (based on your specific heart rate and/or power zones) to help you cope with the hills and rolling countryside that you will encounter.
  • Defined sets of training blocks (Base, Build and Peak).
  • Weekend rides to build stamina and resilience for the long days in the saddle.
  • Ad-hoc access to the coach by email/WhatsApp.
  • Four telephone reviews to discuss your progress with tweaks to the training plan as needed.
  • Weekly cycling-specific strength workouts (gym based).

THE BOOST

Monthly Coaching Package/Add-on.

  • This is a monthly package designed as a standalone plan, or as an add-on to the 12 weeks if you need a longer period of time to prepare in the lead up to your tour. 
  • Each month’s plan builds upon the previous month, ensuring continuous improvement and progression.
  • Limited to 6 months maximum (we will review the suitability to continue after the 6 months).
