LEVEL ONE COACHING.

Who is it for:

  • Plans for those relatively new to cycling that wish to start cycling with support.

Whats Included: 

  • One to one sessions to help you to prepare physically and mentally for the challenge.

£50 per hour

COACHING PACKAGE

LEVEL TWO COACHING.

Who is it for:

  • For those that want to improve their cycling.

Package Structure:

  • 12-week programme using the technology to assist.
  • Unlimited Access to the coach using Email/WhatsApp for advice and guidance.
  • Uses heart rate based sessions (power zones will be provided if you have a power meter or smart trainer).
  • You can do these either on your bike or on a turbo trainer using varied methods

Whats Included: 

  • Two/Three workouts per week to ensure you are able to participate in tours
  • Training plans over set periods
  • Weekend tours will build stamina and resilience for the long days in the saddle.
  • Support from the coach by email/WhatsApp.
  • Four telephone reviews to discuss your progress with tweaks to the training plan as needed.
