The team behind Cycle Britain are obviously well aware of the many benefits of cycling. For us it’s a passion that we’ve made our business. The people that we take out on tours also love cycling. But we thought it’d be good to remind people as to just some of the many benefits of getting on a bike and cycling…

To be fit and healthy you need to be physically active.
